Getting Crash Error when starting GW2

Hello

Just recently I bought a new laptop for budget gaming instead of using my old PC.My laptop is Asus X550IU with this spec:

• AMD FX 9830
• VGA : Radeon R7 1 GB switchable to Radeon RX 460m 4 GB
• RAM : 8 GB
• HDD : 1 TBI'm instaling GW from very fresh Install, GW 2 is the first program I install in this laptop after driver and avast antivirus.

The problem is, when I play using R7 1 GB, the game played normally without any error even though the FPS is crappy. But after I switch to high performace VGA, RX 460. The games look goods and FPS is bump to 40+ but the problem is there is a game crashing pop up about Exception c00000005. Strangely, the game in background still moving smoothly and playable, not freeze or blank.

I have the same problem in my Mac book pro 2017

This is the issue: aticfx64.dll There is something amiss with this driver. Re-install/rollback or whatever Google may turn up about errors with aticfx64.dll.

After re-installing graphic driver, the problem still persist.Same error, and now after reducing resolution to 1600x900, the game will not open and only error appear

Try disabling the ATI Catalyst A.I.

But I installed the newest Crimson Relive Driver not the catalystI googling it, and found no info about disabling ATI Catalyst A.I. in crimson relive version.
