The Season 4 Portal Tome ( https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Season_4_Portal_Tome ) and Domain of Kourna Portal Scroll ( https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Domain_of_Kourna_Portal_Scroll ) won't combine like they are supposed to.
