Whirlwind attack ???

Hi, i'm starting to become increasingly frustrated at the rate my Whirlwind attack not registering a hit.50% of the time if i do this to opponent or mobs in pve, it just goes thru them, no hits or damage registered.It doesn't register if opponent evaded it or i missed. It like i did not even use this skill and its on cooldown after moving me 450 range.Anyone else has this issue?

I recently played Warrior often and my WW hits always up to 80k damage. Pretty neat
