Moment of Clarity Trait in Marksmanship doesn't give Attack of Opportunity

Repro:

1. Equip the trait "Moment of Clarity"
2. Target an enemy with a defiance bar (active or inactive) using any stun or daze. Tested with Ranger Greatsword 5, and Soulbeast f2 combine with Rock Gazelle.
3. Observe that you do not get the Attack of Opportunity buff.
