PoF Elite spec that does well in PvE content?

Played through the expansion, finished the story and am working towards completing the maps, however I am a Spellbreaker and I feel very very lackluster in PvE, all the skills/traits ect. are very much tilted towards PvP/WvW gameplay not to mention the damage feels very much, "underwhelming", I was wondering if any of the other elite specs feel better in the new content, because as is, I am very strongly thinking of shelving this toon, and picking something else up that makes life in PoF a lot more enjoyable for myself.

Firebrand & Soulbeast do pretty ridiculous DPS in viper's gear.

Scourge does reasonably well in PvE.

Staff Weaver would be good for raids, as I understand it, it can currently do around 47k DPS against large hitboxes. I don't know that you'd want to play Weaver in the open world.

Holosmith seems to do pretty good damage.

Those are the only ones I can think of that are notably "good" in PvE. Every other spec is more geared towards PvP/WvW.
