Jeknar.6184 Posted July 13, 2018 Share Posted July 13, 2018 The patch notes says: "Toss Elixir U: This skill now breaks stuns on and grants quickness to allies in the affected area.", however it's not working as a Stun Breaker (It goes cd while you are disabled), and also it's not listed on the Tool Tip as a stun breaker.
