How to do chain autoattacks efficiently?

I have this problem with almost all classes, i try my sword weaver or my scourge for a decent rotation but always have problems to complete the autoattack chains, sometimes i just dont complete them to follow a rotation or i finish the chain but also i finish repeating the first attack of the chain before using another skill. The effect is worst when i have quickness and alacrity because these boons force you to make the rotation quicker.

any way to train doing complete chains withouth repeating the first skill of them or withouth making incomplete chains?

Ctrl+RMB on any skill makes it your active auto-attack. The No 1 skill of all weapons is the default auto-attack but you can change it whenever you like. So for rotation purposes you can choose another skill and use the first one manually.
