Peutrifectus.4830 Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 So I was roaming around with traited rocket boots yesterday. Used them twice in 2 seconds then jumped in some water. The CD automatically reset and I used them 2 more times in succession. All in all 4800 distance (plus a secont of superspeed inbetween each one) in the space of about 6 seconds.Sweet jesus it felt fun but I imagine this is not functioning as intended? Shadowcat.2680 Posted August 2, 2018 Share Posted August 2, 2018 This behavior (a utility skill having separate cooldowns for land and water) seems to be tied to ammo skills that require different animations for their land and water versions. Bow of Truth on guardian behaves the same way in that its charges can be completely expended on land but will then immediately be available in the water (or vice versa).
