PF and runes that use an elite skill

Hello,I am away from my pc atm and cannot test this but does anyone know if entering/exiting PF procs the #6 trait on certain runes, such as Leadership, that say “when you use an elite skill?”

I don't think any f5 skills proc this abilities. They are all tied to skill #10/Elite utility usage.

There are only specific exceptions to the f1-5 skills counting for a heal or elite proc, and that is Bandage Self for the healing kit. Perhaps the same is true of Elite Mortar kit, where orbital strike counts as your elite usage, but I have never tested it.

Edit-- just to add: f5 Enter Photon Forge counts as a weapon swap for sigils etc.

I understand. So if we have a set of leadership runes, and i equip and stow the elite mortar kit, Ill get the benefit limited by the runes internal cool down? Interesting. Will test tonight. Thanks!

Yeah, I am pretty sure that is how it works. A guild mate used to use Runes of Lyssa for a 5x Condi conversion “on demand” when the kit was flashed in their old Zerg build.

Yeah elite is whatever is occupying the 10 slot. The same can't be said for healing. If you slot in med kit, your "healing skill" becomes f1 instead of 6.
