It would be silly to add new content for this.

Just change the arrowcart to shoot meteor showers instead.

I was thinking more of an asteroid for the treb...

There is a good chance that the "fix" will make it worse, have little impact or make it useless. I would say the chances of ANet fixing this skill in a way that balances it appropriately isn't even 50/50.
