Movement is slow.The fact that you have to use Rifle and Rocket Boots to really get around anywhere quickly in PvP....Holographic Shockwave doesn't leap toward a target... Holo leap appears to be a mobility skill, but it feels worse than regular running, especially since the swiftness is gained at the initial leap rather than upon landing.
