Guild Missions Win Lose or Draw

Guild Missions always easy to do with lots of people around, suffer in some cases tremendously when there is lack of people and bounty like 2mult comes due. If we can get standardized cc for the blue bar on bosses like 2mult so all cc skills work on their blue bar would be nice to make guild missions simpler. I died 4 times to that 2mult today nothing fun about that or his spamming of sparks to hit him for his cc bar which are often interrupted by more spamming of sparks and electricity. If guild missions gonna stay the same the pot needs to be sweetened and all made easier for when fewer people are around, please.
