In recent weeks, I've been reading about many others not having great service or worse. Please know I'm not trying to suggest others are incorrect in any way! But rather just adding my own experience to the general mix.Thank you ARENA NET (and I did receive the survey pertaining to how I felt about my recent s-ticket.)
