[NA] Ex Nihilus [EXN] - Small, Casual PvE Guild looking for members to add to our family

About us:As stated in the title, we are a small (roughly 30 members total atm) PvE Guild. We strive to treat our members as family but we are also very firm regarding how our members conduct themselves (explanation below). We are hosted on the Crystal Desert world but we have members from other worlds as well. While we are primarily NA based, we also have members from the UK and we welcome members from anywhere. Our members enjoy grouping up and running content together (such as storyline questing, world completion, some Meta events, or Dungeons), and helping each other in general.

Member Conduct:We are casual but we also bear in mind that our behavior doesn't just reflect on us at the individual level, but it can reflect on the guild as a whole. As such, we expect our members to remember this and conduct themselves accordingly. What does that entail?

1. Treating others with courtesy and respect (as much as possible). This includes not bashing on anyone for low DPS, etc. Additionally, we are LGBT friendly, so no inappropriatecomments regarding that.

2. If a member or guild officer requests that you change a topic or refrain from certain types of comments, please do so. They are likely making that request due to being informed thatthe topic or comments are offending or upsetting another member. Remember, we are trying to grow our "family", not drive them away.

3. Keep the drama to a low roar. We honestly prefer NO drama but, realistically, it's not really possible to keep ALL drama at bay. So we ask that it be kept to a low roar and, if possible,kept out of Guild Chat.

That's pretty much it for conduct. We do reserve the right to modify these as needed in order to better meet our goal of providing a safe, friendly, and fun environment for our members to gather, play, and de-stress. Ultimately, we strive for quality over quantity. Yes, we want to grow our little family but we want to grow it with the right people.
