Can i get a refund?

I mean since I updated my client to Path of Fire it is just unplayable. I want to farm with squads for bounties etc. and can't to many people on one map and it is causing slow down of everything. Having issues with Teq to when map gets over loaded whole game comes to a crawl.

If you purchased PoF within the last 30 days, you can request a refund.Do be aware, PoF requires the 64-bit client, which, in turn, requires a 64-bit OS. You can try turning all your options down to the lowest settings.

As already suggested, you’ll have to submit a ticket for a refund. It’ll probably take them 14+ days to get to you since they’re backlogged.

You were advised to upgrade your OS and GW2 client to 64-bit months ago to alleviate crashing; did you do so? If not, it would only get worse with Heart of Thorns or Path of Fire. The minimum requirements are listed on the purchase site.

Oh man, I remember living out in the middle of nowhere on dial-up, with a potato computer that was possessed by a porn bot or something...anyway, took me for-freakin'-ever to download pretty much anything. Then got high speed, still potato computer, decided maybe I should run some scans...annnnd anyway, this computer stutters, sometimes, and it's new for Joko's sake.
