[Possible Bug] Howler doesn't howl on tempests?

So I am seeking help from the gw2 community and anyone who owns a howler to test it on an ele! The Howler does not Howl when used on a Tempest Ele.... All that hard work to finally make it and it don't work :(

No, it doesn't... It only looks pretty, but that's something it does on other classes too and it could howl at the same time imo.

Ok, I see what's missing...the wolf's head animation is not there on Tempest skills.

Correct, it's not. (I never really noticed it before.)

The sounds are there and I love using Howler on my Tempest.OP, I hope you find it still worthy of your time and hard work.

This seems to be a regression. The wolf was definitely there the last time I was testing stuff. The sound was difficult to detect over the base audio for the stills.

It looks best on a ranger with the #5 skill which actually a wolf. Other than that it's lackluster.

Just yet another cruddy Gen One Legendary that desperately needs a total rework to bring it up to snuff with the more recent ones...

I don't know. I use it on my Charr warrior. Decked totally in Shadow Abyss dye with a hint of Magma. The Howler gives off a gray mist around me and a heavy trail when I toot it while moving...

spent 2-3k gold and lots of time on a legendary? why dont we just remove all the animations for every legendary? Why not? howler barely had any to begin with. and now it has NOTHING....

Anet has completely ruined howler for every player that has it. thanks anet for thinking only of yourselves and not your fans :)

it doesn't even look good. there are atleast 50 other warhorn skins which look way better than this ugly legendary

I'm sorry but I have to disagree... IMO The Howler is one of the most beautiful legendaries in the game and - also IMHO - the most beautiful warhorn. It's not too flashy, but just as it should be. The only thing I would change is its howl to be a bit more distinguishable maybe louder.

don't know if there is a recent bug but even when it was working the default tempest skills sounds made it very difficult to make out the howl

It's one of the cooler legendaries that people don't know one of the coolest things it can do... I've even shown Gaile Gray what it can do before.

I thought this was just because my Tempest is an Asura, which scales down the animations horrendously. The warhorn's animation and sound should overwrite the profession-specific ones, not get hidden by them or overlay them (eyesore).

Also it should be much louder, the volume of normal warhorn skills.

While yes it does play the audio howl sound effect, It does not do the visual effect of a ghostly wolf head appearing and howling, like it does for Warrior and Ranger warhorn skills.

Sadly neither the wolf's howling is played in the Tempest war horn skills for me. The ghostly wolf used to be displayed but it isn't anymore for several months now. A fix would be really appreciated, together with a little rework like the awesome ones Kudzu, the Dreamer or the Moot.
