Elite Spec Question

So I am just coming back to the game and am purchasing the expansions soon and I am wondering if which Ranger Elite spec is best for Dungeon/PvE/Fractal. Does it matter? Can I get any links to good builds as well for whichever is best for PvE game play.I'm sure this has been asked before and I apologize, I have been looking through the forums and haven't found a definitive answer. Thank you!

Edit to add: What about gear? I tend to go toward Conditions. I saw that is still an option, which gear is needed for that?

It doesn't matter too too much but Druid (HoT) has an edge for being easier to support your team with heals/protection/might.You can play condi Druid just fine or go condi/heal hybrid if that's your thing. Condi SB is also meta as well but is a more selfish dps slot.

Viper's gear is optimal in longer bosses. But you could consider a more bursty combination like Grieving or Marshal/Seraph for more of a condi/heal hybrid.

I found the Mettabattle site last night and was looking over some builds there. I think am leaning toward Power DPS or Boon Support DPS. I'm not sure how healing works on this so I don't want to go right for it and screw everyone up!
