Stuck at work! How do changes feel in the game?

Really interested in any feedback from players that can test out the changes. How is targeting on anything , how are numbers looking , are there any hidden improvements etc..

Staff AA chain is now 1200 range and last 2 hits are AoE which is reflected in the "ok-ish" damage.

Staff #2 is an undocumented blast finisher.

Empower has an undocumented slightly altered animation.

Signet of Courage heals for 365 (tooltip) every 3 secs @ 1080 healing power.

They need to remove signet of courage's cast time and make it remove all conditions from the affected

Sadly. Though the 10% TS buff in PvE was all we need! I really wish to understand how the fuck Anet decides on these changes, cuz they seem much of the time based on random number generator.
