Should’ve Received 6th Year Bday Rewards But Haven’t (Resolved)

Submitted a ticket but haven’t gotten a response, so I thought I’d post here. My issue: I have 2 characters that are 2194 days old but haven’t received any of the 6th year birthday rewards — shouldn’t I have received them by now?

You can try clearing out all of your Mail. They may be stuck behind other mail.

Did that, no luck. I still haven’t received the rewards.

have you checked the /age of your character? your account may be that old but is your character TRULY 6 years old?

When I typed /age today, I got 2196 days for 2 of my characters (I have 10). Maybe I’m calculating their ages wrong?

For example, I deleted my first character last year, so my account age is over the 6 year mark, but I am still 3 weeks short on my second character from IT having a birthday.So it says "you have played this character x hours over the last 2161 days. Across all characters, x hours over the past 2196 days."

So, even though the account is 6 years old, I am about a month from any remaining toons hitting the 2190 day mark. Hope that is it, and you aren't bugged (or they fix it).
