Fear can be the New Epidemic, and make Power Reaper meta right?

I'm joking, but what if it was possible to have 3-4 Power Reaper groups with one of them built to maximize Fear uptime, and all Power Reapers do easy 38k then always.

I don't think it'd work that way at all though. xD

Forget the idea, spectral wall don't pulse fear. To achieve what you imagine, you would have to make the boss cross a spectral wall every second which is, objectively, nigh impossible.

You could team condi scourges with power reapers. Have the scourges spam f4 for fear. They'd have a better uptime anyway because of their higher expertise. Problem would be feeding them lf though, but the buff to scepter 3 may help with that.EditYou can also have your druid(s) take the wolf pet, flesh golem should more than make up for the ranger's cc pet

The moment someone finds a way to bring Dread DPS significantly above Awaken the Pain DPS, it will be nerfed, as it's not intended. Dread is for burst, not DPS.

So I would not waste my time trying.

Fear terrormancer would work but you would need to feed 2 scourge lots of life force but maintain scepter for the extra 200 Condi.

You could run dagger for a lot of LF but again Condi. Maybe warhorn
