Fav Black Lion Weapon Skin?

I know they're expensive and not everyone has the gold to buy them off the TP or the currency to get them via tickets, etc.

BUT -- whether you've bought one, or several, or none... what's your fave Black Lion weapon skin?

I personally go back and forth about which one I like the best. I have to say, the current Equinox skins are super cool. I really like how the moon on the staff actually turns, so you can see a full moon and a new moon and the phases between. <3

I'm old school. I really like the Sclerite weapons. I'm especially fond of the rifle.

Gallant Longbow.

It's literally the ONLY high-res longbow skin in the game that looks like it could actually be a bow and not a piece of post-modern art with a curve in it.

Gallant skins are very consistently through the entire set.

Inquest Mark II weapons I can't decide which I like more. Except since you can't color them they're very limited.

Zodiac Longbow without a doubt <3 (but only on males, as it is ridiculously scaled on females, like most weapon skins). [&AgEtrwAA]

There's only two of them that I've ever bought. The Lyssa skins have the same theme colors as my elementalist. The Inquest Mark II skins have a small, transparent shield that doesn't obstruct the view of my new holosmith.

I've always liked the Sclerite Sword skin.

The Stormbow.

Love it. An example of a GW1 to GW2 port done right IMO.

None, I love the Phantasm weapons the most and I always use them when I can, I wish we had a full set. :( I would sell my soul for a semi-transparent and simple BL set like the Phantasm stuff (but in different color, maybe yellow/orange or whatever).

The entire Equinox set is stunning imo.But to pick one fave skin, it’s got to be the Improvised Sceptre. There’s something daunting about that little dolls face, makes me think it’s ex-voodoo, it looked great on my voodoo themed necro at one point.

I agree that the entire Equinox set is stunning. Wish I could afford them all, but I'm happy with the one I have so far.Usually I like flashy weapons, but when I'm overtaken by a sense of extreme minimalism, the Jailbroken focus fits the bill.

Mine has been the Pact Fleet set - the greatsword in particular.I also like the Merciless and Glacial sets.

Honestly, I like almost all of the weapon sets that are not:

• yet another gold colored set (partially or fully)
• yet another bone/bone-based set
• yet another set that would be very nice in all ways except it has silly ribbons hanging off of all the weapons

It is just a shame for me that so many of the sets are plagued with the aspects I noted above, so I have zero interest in at least a dozen weapon sets.

Since 1 have 18 chars I play with a different look for each that means there are multiple skins I like and use depending on the char.

Both some that come especially to mind.Improvised dagger: looks like a broken bottle. Great for a barbarian look.Glacial staff: looks like it’s made of ice and is a great staff for an ElementalistFused Greatsword: one of the first cosmetics weapon sets to be released, back in 2013.And the whole Dominator weapon set, which I have 5 of.

If I had to pick a set it's probably the Improvised weapons, for the creativity and sheer strangeness of them. I don't use any of them because they don't suit my characters, but I love showing them to people.

In terms of ones I actually have my favourite is probably the Glacial Sword, or the Tempest Torch which IMO are both really pretty. Yes they're flashy, unrealistic skins but I like them and I have fun using them.

I like the glacial staff. For the most part, though, I had been stockpiling my black lion ticket scraps because there was nothing I liked much--which meant I was able to get 4 or 5 of those cool equinox skins. The Equinox Torch is particularly nice, though I rarely use a torch on any character.

Almost forgot to mention the Equinox set. I have picked up several.

For me, it has to be the Dragon's Jade Blunderbuss. I was slightly amazed to discover that it's based on a real 18th-century Burmese cannon!

Gallant greatsword (although I wish it was just a tad smaller).Phoenix hammer.Equinox shield.Dragon King sword.

My favourite weapon in the game is probably the pirate needler/crescent though. Bows with a ship's figurehead? Yes, please. Plus the shortbow is the same length as the longbow.

The inquest MKII stuff pretty neat, I use the rifle on my deadeye. All the equinox skins but the axe are great and I currently use the staff. Hmm it'd be easier to name ones I don't like honestly.

Bloodstone Axe and Torch are honestly the most badass looking weapon combo for a A/T Firebrand. Period.

MKII Rifle is that engie main weapon that looks good on asura that I was waiting for years.Plasma Greatsword is just perfect for my necro. I love the wield/unwield animation.Many shields look very good, but sadly I don't really use them on any character.

I like the glacial and equinox skins the most. I managed to get a single equinox skin. I ended up going with the hammer. From certain angles, it looks sort of like a great axe or scythe, so I love it! Most hammer skins do absolutely nothing for me.
