[SC]'s 08/28/2018 benchmarks for Engineer.

Engineer has a total of 4 builds that were benchmarked for this patch:

• Base Condition Engineer

• Condition Holosmith

• Power Rifle Holosmith

• Power Sword Holosmith

Overall Engineer as a whole is in a better place. There are a couple things I think should be worked upon like Making that Thermal Vision nerf an opportunity to add a condi centric trait on Glass Cannon's tier (purely utility/power) or perhaps working on wonky mechanics like double tap on FT2 and pistol's auto speed. I think Scrapper buffs are meaningless in the great scheme of things and gyros need a lot more than scaling.
