Does the Designer Hoodie Outfit have cultural footwear?

The Wiki shows the Designer Hoodie Clothing Outfit as having cultural footwear (fur boots for norn, leaves for sylvari, etc.), but the in-game preview window from the Black Lion Statuette shows it as having the same non-cultural boots as many of the other clothing outfits (e.g. the other hoodies). Which one is correct?

(I'm assuming it's the preview window since that's actually in the game, but one the other hand this does seem like the kind of weird bug that one might expect in GW2.)
