Gem Purchase Issues - Aug/Sep 2018

Me and my wife are trying buy gems as well. When I confirmed the gem purchase, it brings me back to gem amount selection screen. Been trying several times now. Dunno what's happening. Please accept my money, Anet. I already sent a ticket, btw.

Having the same exact issue, about to send support ticket now.

Same here, I was wanting to purchase a few, but it just keeps saying there was an error.

I'm thinking of just getting a gem card, but I don't want that to end up blowing up in my face -_-

the question is the gem card going to work ? cause if these are not working i dont think gem card will either

gem cards worked for me today, but at 15.30 UTC on August 24 and there is no Black Lion Chest Keys sale.

The sales usually go up around 9am Pacific, which is in just a couple of minutes from when I made this post.

Same here, can't buy, get an error again and again. Opened ticket too.But several days ago everything was okay. Maybe ANet will prolong keys sale or an give opportunity to buy them with the sale price later for those who opened ticket. Because it is damn funny: I want to give money, but they refuse it :/

Yeah, i'm having the same issue right now hopefully they will fix it soon... i won't even bother on sending a ticket because i don't think it will help at all but...✌ please Anet i just want to give you guys my money... fix this!:confused:

I made a contact with CS and they solved my problem in 9 hours.Everything works now ✌

Yep, same problem cannot buy gems, too bad the keys that I wanna buy will be soon back on the old prices, well guess Anet loses from that. Hopefully they will fix their bugs for next year (lol).

Same problem and my account is over 4 years old. How are we supposed to buy things from the sale now? :(

Relieved I'm not the only one going through this but bummed that I might miss out on the sale opportunities.

Can't purchase gems at the moment either. Already missed out on getting more gems for keys and now missing out on the sale on Bag slots. Not happy

I am Getting the same error as of today. Since 7 am eastern time. Purchased yesterday fine today neither credit, debit or PayPal is working.

Well 1,5 hour left for the cheaper bank tab and there again I can't buy gems with PayPal QQ.It's third or fourth time this happens to me but this time there are no gemcard codes on stock at licensed retailer.

Same thing here, can't buy gems, and even had problems with buying a story with gems, only showed "purchase info window loading".. Sales have gone wrong with me also :/

I sent the ticket but I think I'm not the only person who has problem with PayPal payment. I'd say this looks like an issue with redirecting to paypal to complete the transaction.
