Forsaken Thicket guild is one that comes to my mindYou will hardly find any guild willing to carry you, at most you will find raid training guilds, or guilds that do training. (Basically don't expect to start full clearing in your first week of raiding :) )Not sure what do you mean by "help gearing chars". In raid TRAININGS you are supposed to at least have a full exotic gears.
