Deramit.3290 Posted September 7, 2018 Share Posted September 7, 2018 Hi!I wanted to upgrade this account from HoT to PoF, i tried to redeem a key, and redeemed it on my other account which already has PoF, the code was accepted and now when i try to put the code in to the account which i was supposed to use, it says it cant find the key... anyone else had this issue or know what to do? They will need the emails associated to both accounts and a bit of additional information, such as when you last logged into either account, what characters are on each account, when you redeemed the key.
