No options to bind mount summon commands

Apparently once you have mounts, you are supposed to get the ability to bind keys to summon them. While I would prefer a radial ala the suggestion by That_Shaman, this would still be better than the mouse only system I am fighting right now, especially since I use action camera. However, I have no such keybind options.

Mind you, I do like the idea of radial key or a variety of other UI options.
