Immersive Combat Mode - Yay or Nay?

I love action combat, and the system incorporated by ANET is, well, ok. Not the worst system I've ever used but could be far better. That being said, would ICM get me banned? I know ANET isn't fond of mods of any kind, but considering ICM doesn't give any player an edge, and if anything seems like it'd make the game even better, would you say it's safe to give a go or no? Wooden Potatoes also uses it, last I checked, so I'm not sure if it's just a 'special privilege' thing because he's such a big GW2 YouTuber or if it's legitimately safe. The last thing I want to happen is getting banned.
