Rune of Radiance and aura duration

the rune gives 33% longer durationwhich mean if auras base duration are 4 sec it should be 5.32 secif take smothering aura than fire aura should be increase to 7 sec

but that's not the case here as it seems radiance doesnt work as design

anyone can verify that?

delete . i've checked it with sonyvegas. it works fine. probably tooltip or ui dysfunction
