How well do you know Path of Fire related GW1 lore?

I'm curious to see what the forum community's lore knowledge is!

I know very, very little besides what was posted on the site recently. I really want/need to get into GW1 at some point. Not only for Hall of Monuments rewards, but also for the lore.

Nightfall was my favorite campaign. I used my Paragon to get my HoM rewards back in 2012 and had the pleasure of going through a lot of other content with him.

I've read a lot of it on the wiki, but I didn't play the first game, so I'm not very well-versed.

I've played all of the original Guild Wars including Factions, Nightfall and Eye of the North. The lore is somewhat fresh but I've been watching Wooden Potatoes to enjoy an analytical view on all of the pieces.

I'm like that Jon Snow guy, i know nothing ^^ I'm not sure if i could watch some lore vids or not.... Maybe i read a liitle bit in the wiki, i just hope there is not so much lore wisdom needed to get in deeper touch with the dessert.

Since the day I played Nightfall I wanted to go back there. Everything associated with Elona is burned into my mental hard drive. Can't wait to see Joko again.

Btw need an option: no I never played GW1 but am a fanatic creep and know ALL of the lore

I'm honestly surprised at the amount of people that haven't played nightfall or prophesies. Assumed official forums on day1 would have the core players, but never new so many haven't played gw1. Are many of you wow players? That seems to be my trend from anecdotal evidence.

Guess just goes to show you how much out of game sources like lore videos, gw1 wiki, etc.

Loved Guild Wars so much and played through each campaign multiple times and still do play it.

I remember most of it, although I refreshed my lore knowledge some weeks ago by reading the wiki(s).

I'm very intrigued by the trailer image of what seems to be a live giganticus lupicus. I wonder which relation doors it have with the giant bones we found in the desert back in gw1.

I am the only one in my group of friends that has played all of the original Guild Wars so am the go to reference for them clarifying stuff they can't be bothered to look on the wiki for. We are all getting PoF so i'm gonna be standing in the old teleporters on the crystal desert hoping they work whilst everybody thinks I'm mad.
