unable to purchase gem

I tried a few times and received this msg, couldn't purchase gem with credit card for my daughter's account.attached a screenshot to show the msg.I purchase gem many times before with all my other accounts.Any advise?Thanks

I think black lion company isn't working atm?I used my main account to exchange gem from gold and it didn't work either? can we have any update so I know if the problem is my acc or global? cheers

i think there is a glitch with trading post, i couldn't send gift, the option to send is greyed out.

The recipient name in your screenshot is your account name. Were you trying to send it to yourself as a gift? If so, you can't.

no its me trying to send to miku. you cant select yourself. it wont show in the list.it worked now btw. I think there was a glitch in the morning.Thanks for helping :D

I have encountered the same issue - whether by card or paypal I can not buy any Gems. This has been an issue for me for nigh on 2 days straight - submitted a ticket last night and 22hrs later not even a glimpse of a response or solution.

Sounds like it might be something rather fundamentally wrong with their servers and payment processing.

I'm glad to see that it isn't just me. I created a second account so I could add my Kung Fu Tea Heroic code to it (but found that the offer is now US-only, bah, so my code doesn't work). So I tried to add a real code to it in-game. No dice. Bah. At least now I know it's not just me.

i think perhaps the new patch coming too so the server background might get affected i am not sure :P usually when a big patch coming, at least 1 or 2 weeks the server is not so stable for me in Australia.

Same problems here, i love in Ontario Canada. Cannot purchase any gems with credit card or paypal.

I've been having this problem for two days, im trying to buy the expansion but it keeps giving me that error and it extra sucks because of the 4000 gems you get with it i wanted to spend on the BL sales they've had but I cant
