LFG: Older PvX player looking for a good bunch. [YB]

I'm 34 years old, looking for a good bunch of mostly around my age folks to socialize and do guild missions, farm, level ect. with. I'll be playing semi-casually and I detest guilds with a elitist mindset, I'm also returning to GW2 after a long stint of not playing, I plan to main a female charr engineer and build towards being a healing scrapper for WvW/Raids/Fractals ect.
