Firebrand Issues

1. In snow blind fractal when ever i pick up a log with a tome it goes into cd.
2. In Mai Trin frac using Valiant Bulwark ports the player to Mai during the teleport.
3. Getting last hit on a half dead mob does not reset justice via renewed justice for example adds in volcanic fractal final boss.
