ERROR 7 LOST CONNECTION TO SERVER

i have sent gw2 technical support files from my computer as they requested 2 times, i keep getting the same reply from technical support : send files to us to better assist : im sure im sending them the correct files ,i am certain of this.anyone know why error 7 constant disconnects happen? and why technical support sends same message over and over again.
