[SUGGESTION] Revamp raid masteries

Current raid masteries are quite irrelevant to the majority or raiding. only one that is even decent imo is the ability to repair at a ley rift.so i would suggest to make the masteries more relevant, to rework them to make them like fractal masteries where it's more about providing better rewards such as little extra raid currency that doesnt contribute to the weekly cap (something like the little bags of tokens from dungeons), or a way to recover some of the food/util items used by the players. another suggestion would be a mastery that spawns a mote in CLEARED INSTANCES to respawn or despawn any of the bosses of the wing (useful if you want to try a CM after beating a normal version of the boss).

Explosive Launch - required to be able to beat SabethaForsaken Thicket Waters - required to be able to beat MatthiasForsaken Magic - required to complete the Escort and assist in the Xera encounter

While they may not be interesting or original, they are relevant IF you are interested in completing some encounters. Obviously Arenanet di not want to design raid masteries as always being required per boss. They also did not want to give veteran players a significant advantage over new players besides locking them out of certain boss fights (and even that is not true since by now these mechanics can be covered by other people with mastery).

The masteries are only irrelevant in the fights they are not needed. The question is: how big of an advantage should they give. I personally like the approach to make them required for some content but not a content wall for other. There is a good reason why no masteries are tied to PoF raids.

Some of the ideas I like, offering a respawn mote for bosses would make practice on those bosses easier but that can be added without tying it to masteries making it just as niche as current masteries (aka many would not use it).
