Can't login to 'support' section of account/removal of authentication SMS.

First, i use VPN's to get latency a bit lower (50ms~ decrease), and every now and then i have to re-enter my authentication code (sent to my phone), i would really love to be able to remove that authentication as it can get pretty annoying when logging through LaunchBuddy or when trying out different server combinations to reduce latency.Couldn't log on my account to send a proper support ticket for that. As of now, seems like my phone isn't receiving any SMS from the game at all, nothing on email too.

You don't have to login to submit a support ticket. You can use the submit anonymous option. Just follow the link where it says, "If you can't log in you can submit your ticket anonymously." https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thank you, just a bit desperated and missed a few things it seems, already sent the anonymous ticket.

Was able to login normally now, i'm guessing it was some problem with the servers/my ISP at the time.

If you created a ticket to the CS Team, make sure to close it by responding with, "I no longer need help."
