Istani Sunspear Base Suggestion

Since the Spearmarshal's Plea can now take us to Sun's Refuge, why not also give the option to teleport us into the Istani Sunspear Base?It's also a Sunspear HQ like the other 2 locations so I see no reason not to. I know that by lore they are a different branch of the Sunspears under the leadership of Spearmarshal Zaeim.However Zaeim does appear in Sun's Refuge too, so it seem's like the 2 branches are becoming 1 again.It would be quite convenient being able to skip the whole "ritual" required to get inside the hidden base.
