Threat: Xedra Tahz Tahom

The Collection for "Raising the Banners: Amnoon Independence" is bugged and unable to progress.

The collection item, "Threat: Xedra Tahz Tahom" does not drop from the bounty target, despite having killed it twice, while having picked up the bounty from the Bounty Board in the Temple of Kormir.

It seems that if you have gotten a banner from a different path and character - there's a bug?? that prevents you from you from getting the achievement on another character.

My friends seem to gotten the banner just fine.

However, for me. I choose Joko on main char, and Amnoon on 2nd char. My main char cannot get the achievement :(

Nope. Did both bounties on the same character that chose the Independence path.

Attempted a third time, on a different character, on a new patch.

Still unable to obtain the item, "Threat: Xedra Tahz Tahom" and therefore unable to complete the collection.

I did this yesterday and it worked just fine. Just need to play it on the character who selected the correct story steps
