The Mist-Entangled Item is not for sale from the karma vendor that the tooltip says it should be -- even though I've done all of the lead up to it. All of the renown heart vendors in Jahai Bluffs sell the Mist Entangled Item, but only if you're on that step of the collection and you've completed the renown heart for that vendor. It should be acquirable from Warmaster Steelburn, but there is no such item (unless it is located elsewhere, but I don't think so). I have completed the Boots and Legguard collections but I cannot purchase the entangled items for the gloves from the vendor after completing the task first.
