The skill functions at 1200 range (as it it is not locked out due to "out of range") which matches the tool-tip description.However the swoop doesn't actually go to 1200. My Soulbeast stops swooping somewhere between 600 and 900 range.I expected the skill to function like GS Swoop skill which does run to 1200.
