Bolt's custom sound effects are no longer working

As the title states the electric sound effects that normally play when swinging and hitting enemies while using Bolt no longer play and instead swinging it sounds like using any other sword. The sound still plays when the weapon is first drawn but after that it's default effects. I also recall there being a unique sound effect for stowing the weapon as well, which is also gone.

I assume this is related to the recent changes to the weapon which also added thrown weapon trails, and changed the color of the lightning from whitish-purple to pure white and added a subtle blue aura to the sword itself (also undocumented changes) I assume this is unintended as it removes a lot of the character of the weapon and they recently added a limiting option for personal weapon sounds for the people who didn't like the effects of the weapon.
