Rune of the Renegade buff

So this rune is obviously meant to tie in nicely with the new Grievers stats. It grants 175 condition damage and 100 ferocity and +7% condition damage. Only problem is it is just an inferior version of Rune of the Berserker (175 condition damage, 100 power, +5% damage/condition damage). At the very least renegade rune needs a buff to +10% condition damage, to match the gains of Berserker rune.
