Danikat.8537
If you need a lot of them the easiest way is probably to farm the Labyrinth for Trick-or-Treat bags, sell the unopened bags and use the gold to buy candy corn or cobs. The bags have a few rare and valuable drops so unless you get lucky they sell for more than their contents is worth (especially now a lot of Halloween consumables have hit minimum value on the TP, and some aren't selling even then - some tonics I listed last Halloween are still sitting there). When you come to buy candy do check the price of a cob vs. the price of 1000 candy corn, because both will change periodically and sometimes it's cheaper to buy cobs and sometimes to buy candy.
