Khisanth.2948 Posted September 28, 2017 Share Posted September 28, 2017 Today while doing Hallowed Ground I noticed Kasmeer giving enemies the Phantasmal Defender buff. This was after they already turned hostile so there is no reason to be doing that. Possibly related while I was running around in Desert Highlands a sand shark gave me swiftness.
