Discobizkit.6531
Not sure if this is a bug but i have both the purple and red reverb infusions in my rings. If I re-equip either one it sets that infusion over, but when I have to port or a load screen is required I automatically show up with the red infusion every time. Has any one else noticed this? Paradoxoglanis.1904
Ive noticed this between the polysaturating and polyluminescent infusions. After loading into a new zone, it sometimes sets the luminescent over the saturating infusion, even though I keep it the other way.
Discobizkit.6531
Ok thanks I don't have a lot of experience with infusions but see people combining them all the time, overwriting was weird.
Illconceived Was Na.9781
Some infusions stack; some don't. If it's not described on the wiki (and usually, it isn't), you have to experiment yourself. My current habit is to put them in weapons, which gets me changing effect on weapon swaps. That helps remind me which weapon I'm in when I'm "in the zone" with a rotation and lose track due to mechanics (or rezzing someone or moving between bosses) and it's often more fun than a "permanent" look.Of course, it's a useless 'trick' for those who want to stack all the effects, because it's one more thing to try to track.Near as I can tell, there's some sort of priority order for which effects take precedence, but ... well, I've never bothered to figure out whether it's based on which items have which infusions (in which slots) or by some infusions getting first dibs. If you have the patience to figure out, please let us know.
