Most of the time people come up with their own (one time only) paterns and think of new ones for next year.Either someone who actually made Quaggan ones must feel the Generous and post them as tutorial... or you gotta experiment yourself/practice. If you wanna create silhouette like Pumpkin carvings. Example tutorial below. If you wanna create Pumpkin carvings wich combine Silhouette and multi-layered depth/gradient effects.
