Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted November 8, 2018 Share Posted November 8, 2018 If you purchased the expansion from inside the game, you need only log out completely and log back in.If you purchased outside the game, you must go to 'My Account' (link below) and apply the Serial Key sent to you, log out and back in..Either way, once you've done one of those two things, you would go to 'H' (Hero Panel) - Story Journal - Path of Fire, and begin the prologue, https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sparking_the_Flame_(Prologue).Good luck.
