Repeated client crashes and repeated "repair" prompts while launching gw2 launcher

i have been getting repeated crashes and repair prompts since like a weekthe crash report is as follows :

i have contaced support team as well 4 days ago but they havent replied even once :(i keep getting these memory cant be written/read crashes and module fault is mostly directed to "ntdll.dll"Since it was memory , i did the dell diagnostics test and all turned out to be good no faulty ram or hddcan someone please tell whats causing these c0000005 and ntdll.dll crashesAlso at times all the character models in game appear in black/pink colors the poison fields and fire fields are all pink and appear bugged lol ( corrupted maybe ? idk)

Thanks for the replyI have tried all those already and recently the crashes stopped indicating ntdll.DLL module and just say that c0000005 memory could not be written/read from "location"Hopefully i get a response from support team soonIts been 7 days now :anguished:

Why is there a DirectX9 file in your game folder?:

D :\Guild Wars 2\bin64\d3d9.dll

If you are running SweetFX or something like that, remove it and see if the game works properly.

Yes I'm running arcdps and ok will remove it and see if it works well without it.Will update asap
