[Superior Sigil Of Battle] Bugged, WvW

Hey Anet,On my Weaver superior sigil of battle is only proccing 2 stacks of might on weapon swap instead of the intended 5 while testing it in WvW.

There are too many bugs with new effects of sigils. I hope that they fix these thing soon.

Yeah just tried it myself, only got 2 stacks of might when swapping while in combat. Funny thing is I think it was working fine at the launch at the patch, I remember seeing more might than usually but I think the last patch might have broke it. Whats really funny is it looks like its now 2 stack of might (original effect) for 12 seconds (new length). Haha
