[FORUMS] Missing dates when viewing the forums on a tablet/mobile

Unlike the regular web browser, when viewing the forums on a tablet (or mobile) the forum categories and forum's post lists don't show the dates of the last post of the discussions anywhere (only when entering a particular discussion). This makes viewing the forums on a table inconvenient as there is no way to tell the age of the posts.
